Shipping policy

Every Rough In Co. shirt is made to order and printed in the USA. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you order, we get to work.

Timelines

Production: 2–5 business days. Your shirt is printed, checked, and packed to order.

Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days after production, via USPS or comparable carrier.

Total: Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of purchase. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes & address corrections

Because everything is printed to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production — usually within 12 hours of purchase. Need to fix a shipping address or size? Email us at shea@roughinco.com as fast as you can and we'll do our best to catch it.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout aren't eligible for a refund, but reach out anyway — we'll help where we can.

Lost, stolen, or stalled packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or shows delivered but there's no package in sight:

Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your local carrier first — packages are marked "delivered" early more often than you'd think. If it still hasn't turned up within 5 business days, email us at shea@roughinco.com and we'll get a replacement moving or issue a refund.
