This website is operated by Rough In Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rough In Co. Products

All products are printed to order. We make every effort to display our designs, colors, and garments as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be exact. Minor variations in print placement and color are a normal part of the direct-to-garment printing process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, and refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Pricing and billing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, product modification, or discontinuation.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. If we suspect an order is fraudulent or unauthorized, we may cancel it and notify you at the email provided at checkout.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds and returns

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, text, logos, and other content on this site are the property of Rough In Co. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this site or its content without our express written permission. Buying a shirt gives you a great shirt — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Accuracy of site information

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders affected by such errors, at any time without prior notice.

Our site may include links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties and provide access to such tools "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
